1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided at amigapple.online (including amigAI and amigaDrive), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the services.

2. License and Usage

When you purchase our software, you are granted a single, non-transferable license. 1 License = 1 Active Device.

• You may not distribute, share, or publish your configuration files (.cfg) or Device Codes.
• Our system employs active IP monitoring. If your Device Code is used simultaneously from multiple locations, your connection will be automatically terminated, and your authentication tokens will be revoked.

3. Third-Party Services

Our tools act as a bridge between your vintage hardware and modern APIs (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, and Google Drive). We are not responsible for the uptime, content, or pricing changes of these third-party providers. You must adhere to their respective Terms of Service when using your API keys through our platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our software and web portal are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall amigApple be liable for any data loss, API costs incurred by misuse, or hardware issues arising from the use of our services.
